Seafood industry veterans Randy Rhodes and Dana Bartholomew are teaming up to launch a new consulting partnership.
Rhodes, the owner of the newly created Warrior Food Solutions, and Bartholomew, the owner of Sustainable Food Solutions, have combined forces to offer expertise to clients on seafood sales, sales networking and structure, distribution, aquaculture, sustainability and traceability, logistics, and global relationships, they said in a press release.
“Leveraging their extensive backgrounds and complementary skill sets, this partnership is positioned to address the evolving landscapes of both the U.S. seafood and global seafood markets,” they said in a joint press release.
Rhodes recently departed from his longtime position as president of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, U.S.A.-based Harvest Select Catfish and Seafood. He hinted at starting a consultancy in an interview with SeafoodSource in November 2023.
“I’m excited to have our group use our combined decades of skill sets to help companies grow and achieve their goals,” Rhodes said.
Bartholomew has worked in executive roles at Certified Quality Foods, Legit Fish, Bristol Seafood, Ipswich Shellfish, and Slade Gorton.
“This collaboration, with more to come, leverages our collective skill sets and brings a network of industry professionals to those customers who seek entrance into or expansion in the U.S. marketplace,” Bartholomew said.
Rhodes and Bartholomew said they’re planning to announce additional partnerships in the coming months.
“This expansion aims to provide comprehensive support across various facets of the food business, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions,” they said.
